After months of empty offices and working from home, 2021 marked the turning point: back to the workplace. For Sodexo, this was the perfect moment to show that their people were ready. Full of energy. Full of #Can’tWait!

The challenge
How do we get Sodexo’s employees and clients excited to reconnect now that office doors are open again? And how do we recharge the brand with positive energy?

Solution
We turned that mix of impatience and joy into a sunny, feel-good campaign: #ZinIn (Can’tWait)! In the campaign video, Sodexo employees create the beat themselves—using pots, coffee mugs, and screwdrivers to set the rhythm. No slick corporate video, just real people with real excitement to get back to work.
The film was followed up with a series of LinkedIn posts, printed materials, and fun little gimmicks. All in the same colorful style, resulting in great feedback and widespread adoption of #ZinIn! as the new internal slogan.
Sodexo was ready to roll—and their people were leading the way.
